MonWorx is a Division of WK Industrial Services Corp. We work with local General Contractors, Sub-contractors and Owners to supply quality craftsmen on a temporary basis. We lease our full-time W2 employees on both short and long-term basis to support the workforce needs of the client.
All employees are background & drug-screened. They must possess a valid Driver’s License, drive reliable transportation and have basic tools of the trade. In addition, they have taken both written and hands-on test in our shop. We will send a bio of each craftsmen being assigned to your project, for you to review the skillset & experience.
In addition, we have a full-time field Supervisor that is a dedicated resource to ensure our employees are dispatched to the jobsite on-time and in appropriate PPE( Steel toe boots/safety vest/safety glasses). He also provides an additional layer of service by making periodic job-site visits to discuss safety and quality of work, etc.
